Annoyed

So I made a booking with Appliance Pro to come and have a look at our Bosch Refrigerator, i was told the technicians will be at my place at 11:30am. So my boyfriend leaves work early to be home when the technicians arrive, I provide them with his name and contact details should they need assistance finding our place. An hour had passed already and still no technicians arrived eventaully @ 12:55pm i gave them a call only for them to tell me the place looks scary and they turned around REALLY!!! I dont blame them for being scared at the rate of all the crimes happening but at least have the decency to let your clients know and not wait for them to call you and dont advertise "We offer 24 hour on-site service on fridge and freezers. We service all suburbs in Cape town" You should put there we service some suburbs in Cape Town!
