Mark is the person answering the phone. Sent out 2 ‘Technicians’ who said that my fridge needs to be vacuumed and new gas. Charged R2850. Fridge did not work. Called Mark numerous times. Threatened him with reporting him to the police. 2 orher’Technicians’ arrived and said the compressor needs to be replaced? They left and did not return. More calls and threats. Finally 2 ‘Technicians’ arrived and installed a compressor and left with my one. Fridge still not working. I finally employed other people to repair. Installed a PC board at another R3000 excluding labour. Now found that the PC board does not operate the compressor as it is an incorrect compressor and the incorrect gas was installed by Mark. Mark and his cronies have thoroughly destroyed my fridge. He has a fictitious address. Avoid these ****sters!
