Fridge repairs - Appliance247

I requested them to fix my fridge that broke down. They arrived and said that they have to fill up the gas. They requested me to pay immediately. Shortly after they left I discovered that the fridge still does not work. After a struggle they sent their guys back and said that they again have to fill up with gas. They left and the fridge is still not working. They now ignore my calls and my e-mails. I paid a lot of money for a service that was not delivered and feel that they rip clients off.
