Bad customer service care from Appliance247_Fridge

I'm quite disappointed @ the service I received from the agent that came through to assess my Fridge who never informed me that different people would be coming to fix the fridge. His name is Mark and has bad customer service care. I've spoken to this person on whatsapp and have emailed the company to complain about certain things I noticed with my fridge that weren't happening [fridge heating up @ places where it never used to] before the replacement of the motor. Mind you it was my first time using this company's service and didn't appreciate not being informed about the changing of people, for security reasons above all else. I'm yet to see this agent after as he had promised to come and valuate the work done by the others and address my concerns.
