Don't advertise items you don't even stock!!!

I ordered an oven online on 27 April 2022, after seeing a product being advertised. Received an instant notice that delivery would be within 7-10 days. A month later, after inquiring, was told that they don't have the product in stock!! ***. E-mailed that I need the oven since tenant moving in on 1 June. Well, still no oven or refund as today is 1 June 2022, Pathetic.
