I had to pay Appliance Wizard in full to fix my oven, TV, and ice maker in my fridge. They came to collect my TV and the ice unit in my fridge more than a month ago. Since then they still have not fixed my oven or returned my goods. For the last 3 weeks I have made daily attempts to get them to either fix my oven and return my goods, OR refund my money and return my goods unfixed. Most of the time no one answers their land line phone. The cell numbers they gave me always go straight to voicemail. I have sent numerous unanswered emails. When on the rare occasion they answer their landline, I am told that the delivery company has my goods and will be delivering them later in the day or tomorrow. They also tell me that my refund will be processed in the next 24 hours. Its been the same story for the last 3 weeks. Mr Moodley is the owner and I managed to speak to him 2 weeks ago. He made the same empty promise. This is beyond bad service. They obviously have de*****ed me of the money I paid them, and have ****** my TV.
