Great after sales service from S & D Appliance Warehouse

Good customer service is hard to find nowadays.

Exceptional customer service is virtually unheard of!

Yet I recently had the pleasure of experiencing some of the best customer service I have had in over 40 years!

Kudos to Darryl Loock of S & D Appliance Warehouse in Port Elizabeth who came to my house TWICE after normal business hours to attend to some minor issues I was having with a new Defy top-loader.

This man's knowledge of his products is amazing!

His willingness to go the extra mile for a couple of pensioners is truly heart-warming!

And he would not accept any payment at all, neither for petrol or for his time.

I truly believe that this man will reap (the goodwill) that he so freely sows. He is an absolute asset to his organization and all those who benefit from his generosity, knowledge and work ethic.
