Shocking shocking service

Absolutely bad service - shocking :( never arrives when says so - we keep calling them to remind them. Eventually they were here in September to fix our Smeg three of them removed the motherboard came back a week late to replaced a new mother board. Cost of R2360 three weeks ago the fan stopped working same story a week or so later returns open the back there is a cover missing from wires at the back promises to return and we are still waiting for them to come back .
