Ducking and diving

John Lopes is the owner of this company, he came out and repaired my oven in July 2018 , one of the issues, was the need for a new thermostat. He proceeded to replace the thermostat. 1 week later , we noticed that the oven was overheating. Since then I have been phoning him once a week to come out and replace the thermostat. He has been ducking and diving me ever since. His labour and parts has a 6 months guarantee but he always promises to come out but never arrives.
