<p>It is very sad that as a young couple just moved in and start having challencges with appliances and try to find a reputable repair business with integrity and respect for service, then you get a ***** and lair who take your hard earn cash and tell you "its your fault that the the appliance don't work in your house, it was working fine at the workshop" in two counts both with charge. On the 30/06/2016 I called the appliance surgeon in connection with my Defy washing mechine which was not pouring water anymore and asked for repair service was charge R1450 yet returned at the same state, then was picked up again on 14/07/2016 and was told again it my fault that it dont work at my house then charged R280 for delivery since the no fault a according to the repairer Anthony( ********** ). mechine was return today still not working and we shown it to he delivery personnel yet they ha no voice since they are not technicians. this entity has no respect for is customer satifaction.
