faulty workmanship and poor service.

washing machine collected beginning of march 2016. for a regular service.<br> <br> nothing done to machine. incorrect pipes returned, since then the machine has been collected 3times from me, and returned every time with the exact same problem. the machine 1st of all is not delivered when suits me but rather when they feel like delivering it, which leads to me having to rush home to collect a machine that in actual fact doesn't work.<br> <br> my house has been flooded 3 times now. i am very disappointed in the poor service i have gotten. i left a message with the call centre around 9pm last night and here i am now at 11:16am the next morning with not even so much as an email from them.<br> <br> disgusting.<br> service is poor. <br> <br> i was given a delivery note once, thereafter my details were written on the back of somebody elses old delivery note.<br> <br> <br> <br>
