Fault never repaired and they will not refund

<p>I sent a dishwisher to be repaired for shocking and not cleaning well. Both problems have still not been repaired. The machine has gone back 3 times and an agent has come to check it again a 4th time. At the 4th attempt I get told it cannot be repaired for the same fault that I initially sent it in for and now they will not provide a refund. What nonsense. I am shocked that a reputable company like this chooses to just ***** money. Do not use them!!! And appliance surgeon you have picked the wrong person cause I will make certain that you pay me back every cent even if it costs me 3 times the value</p>
