Appliance Surgeon - Dont Despair We Repair

Despaired! Appliance Surgeon collected a Whirlpool dishwasher from us early in February. The dishwasher was repaired and returned, but still had problems. It is now mid-March and we have to keep calling to find out what is happening with our dishwasher. All we get is empty promises about delivery, and promises of feed-back, which never happens. Apparently there is a problem getting spares. In the meantime, we have paid the account, and still - no dishwasher!
