I had Isaac and his uneducated team come to "repair" my fridge, and they ended up making things a lot worse. After they worked on it, the fridge broke down again within just a week. When I tried to get them to come back and fix it, I had to make over 20 phone calls and leave countless messages. It was nearly impossible to get them to do the job they promised.

The invoice even says they offer a 6-month guarantee, but once they had my money, they ghosted me. They did not fulfill their obligations. Now my fridge is still broken, and I had to call in another repair service, who informed me that not only were the parts not even replaced they werent even for my fridge.

This has been an absolute waste of money. I’m still trying to get in touch with them to at least get some of my money back as they did not provide the service they promised, but they’ve blocked me and won’t take my calls.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Isaac and his team at Appliance Rescues. You will regret it if you use them!
