Failed to return my Dishwasher

Collected my dishwasher in Oak Park and returned on 5 April 2017. Worked one cycle then broke down. Collected the following week and then disappeared and I have yet to get my dishwasher back. Paid 1965.00 and the man Andrew just dissappeared off face of earth. Will not take my calls. His number is ********** 251. Do not get caught by him. He is a **** and said he would return appliance but never did.
