If you value your money avoid this place!

You must avoid this place at all cost, not only do they have an excessive call out fee but their service is horrible.

I called them to fix my fridge and they charged me an arm and a leg but at least it worked and they gave me a warranty. But soon after they "fixed it" the fridge started leaking and I called them because it was still on warranty. They blatantly refused to come in to fix it unless I paid their ******ionary call out fee. They hung up on me when I kept persisting that they should pay and their so called "head office" is a joke don't even bother calling thinking you will get a different response!
