Arrogant Salesman

I called this company Appliance Repairs in Pretoria East for advise on repairs of my refrigerator. Spoke with someone named Percy to explain my problem he advised me to do some test a service that his company offered. On enquiring what the test was all about since I am not clued up on these procedures he told me to look it up on the internet what the causes of refrigerator problems entailed since he was very busy. I politely reminded him that I am a potential customer wanting to do business with his company and therefore need to understand their processes and what I was being charged for at the end of the day. Needless to say Percy got annoyed with my questions and he slammed the phone down in my ear. How is that for doing business with potential customers. It seems that Percy does not need my business after all.
