Appliance Repairs Fridge freezing

Hello, I paid R1700 for a new sensor for my Samsung fridge as this is what Appliance Repairs said was needed for the fridge to stop freezing. It has continued to freeze and now they do not answer the phone when I call. Otherwise, they say they will send some-one, but do not.
