Shocking service, overcharging, promise to come back and never return!

My fridge had a leak and ran out of gas in January 2019. The person on the phone ensured me that I can pay by eft. The technicians that came out insisted that I pay cash, and had me drive to the nearest ATM to draw the money to pay them. They gave a written 6 months guarantee on the work done.

A month later, the fridge didn’t get as cold as before, so I turned it to max. And it stopped cooling 2 weeks later.

The technicians came out, and after assessing said they’ll come back the next day with the parts and fix it.

They didn’t come or call. I called and they promised to come the next day. I phoned - and they promised to call back and arrange a time to come out and fix it.

Needless to say, they never came back. And I threw the fridge out.

They overcharge. Are dishonest. Lie about getting back, the guarantee is not lived up to and service is poor! No one answered the office phone for days when I tried to get a hold of someone other than the lying technicians.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very disappointing.
