Pretend to be Bosch

I was looking for the Bosch Appliance Repair center in Midrand's telephone number on Google and by accident phoned this company, I realized my mistake and put the phone down and phoned Bosch but there was no answer, few min later I received a call and the lady told me she had a missed call from me, I asked if it was Bosch and she rep**** "Yes, Appliance Repair" so I assumed she meant Bosch Appliance Repair and I explained to her that the tumble dryer needs a service and the washing machine is shaking like crazy so something is wrong with it. I did mention that I only bought both machines last year and she promised to send someone out. Service of the tumble dryer come to R1875.00 and the technician told me that there is a shock broken on the washing machine and repairs is R1825.00. I asked him if it is not still under warranty and he told me "No, Bosch on give a warranty on the motor." I told him that is crazy but to do the repairs and leave the shocks so I can take it up with Bosch. Took it up with Bosch and they never send the technician and after looking on my call log I realized it is the company I phoned first by mistake that actually called back and **** about who they are. On both the machines the 3yr warranties is now voided because non accredited technicians worked on the machines. When I phone NINA the lady who man their phone she told me that she will send 10 black men to my properties to burn it down.
