Non delivery of service and multiple lies.

I recommend that you DO NOT USE this company! They were quick to respond to my query send out a technician, during lockdown, who quoted and invoiced me in the name of Appliance Repairs Johannesburg. He requested payment for the parts up front. As it was in the lockdown I paid without googling them ( I wish I had checked on Hellopeter!) https://appliancerepairsjohannesburg.co.za/ The company and the technician and even the owner Mike made me multiple verbal promises and promises via SMS but they never delivered on the service and they have not refunded the deposit that I paid, although they also agreed to do this. I am now sick of their lies and broken promises and am going the legal route to hold them accountable.
