Bad service, bad attitude owner, does not care lies

We reported that our Samsung washing machine was displaying an error code fault. The repair technician replaced the drain pump, which did not correct the problem. We have paid for the repair in full, when contacting the owner Mike and the technician Sibusiso Mlambo to return to fix the problem they were not interested in helping us further, we were promised on a number of times that they would return to fix the machine. We have called extensively and each time we have been promised they will return to fix the problem. We are still waiting for a call and a visit. We strongly recommend do not use this company as they take your money and do not fix the main problem that was originally reported. Bad attitude, do not care, promise to call, end calls avoid the customer. I will be advising Samsung to be aware not to refer this company to clients.
