Taken aback...

I was a bit taken aback when I got an invoice for something they couldn't repair. Upon closer look, they charged R350 for call out fees. When I queried where they specify that, they said it's on their website. I couldn't find such details on their website, they're suddenly saying "oh on social media - Facebook". Lesson learned! So heads-up ladies, especially, please ask all questions relating to call out fees, etc first BEFORE they physically come out to you.
