Poor service

We logged a query with regards to the repair of Whirlpool Jet Chef microwave. Quotation was sent and payment was made. Microwave was taken off site but NEVER returned. They informed us to rather claim back from our insurer as they don't know what happened to the unit. Also very rude and snotty voice notes via WhatsApp were sent to us when querying whereabouts of microwave.
