Convince you to let them take you machine away for repairs even though they advertise to do onsite repairs...then they call the next day to say they can't repair your machine. two days later the machine still was not returned, called the "owner" and threatened to lay charges of theaft and was screamed at over the phone and told that I have waisted his time transporting my "s****" around...the machine was a LG dishwasher that had been standing in my garage for two years without being used. I was told that it needed a new thermostat and would cost R900. The next day the machine is "s****" and needs a new motor and is completely rusted and would need to be replaced. I think the spares were used from my machine... don't use these guys they are very unprofessional and I will never use them again.
