Poor service. Bad repairs.

This company failed to perform proper repairs on my fridge and the issue I called them for remains. They also performed destructive diagnostics on another fridge on premise without taking responsibility. I asked the business owner to send another technician because the attending 'expert' that assisted was unprofessional and misdiagnosed the problem. This was declined and now I'm down R2000 with a fridge that is still not working. The business owner keeps pointing me back to the technician which he referred and does not want to take ownership although I explicitly told him I did not want to deal with this technician anymore on account of unprofessional conduct. I asked for a refund but this issue is also being skirted.
