Dishonest-Do not Trust Them

This company was called out as my 13kg Samsung Washing Machine did not spin. They quoted me to replace the gearbox. Only for me to find out less than a year later when I had someone else look at the machine and confirm that the gearbox was faulty because the gearbox in the machine is an 8kg machine gearbox. I am also currently experiencing problems with my dishwasher they repaired same time as my washing machine. This was reported to Floyd to investigate and he never gave me feedback.
