Appliance Repair Pros ****

These people advertise they have highly trained, experienced, professional technicians but sent me an inexperience man who damaged my fridge.

These 'pros' are lead generators who send leads to any technicians that will pay the required fee. And to technicians they don't know.

I paid R1650 for my fridge to be repaired and once damaged. I had no recourse, no one to call to discuss the situation, no 2nd technician to come and re do the work and no refund either.

Be careful of these 'pros'. No backup service and technicians work is not guaranteed. If anything goes wrong you're on your own. I reported this last year and have never received any assistance.
