Break appliance and dissapears

This company came to do a quote as stated on their website. The Person who came to do the quote started working on my dishwassher that showed it had a drain problem and he completely broke the motherboard. The motherboard was not broken and he damaged the top part of my machine, scratching it on the floor. I confronted the person and he said it was like that whilst he is damaging my machine. I complained to the owner of the company and the owner said that they will only repair the top damage but as for the motherboard he will not be responsible as I should not have told the person what was wrong with the machine or what I think was wrong..... so now they are not responding to my messages and its been almost a month later and no repairsor nothing is comming from them. So they came out for a quote and damaged my whirlpool washing machine and ignores me.
