Disappointed

Disappointed with final service and also that they were unable to repair our 2 machines. Website quotes: "Appliance Repair King Guarantees good Service and reliability 24/7". It also states "100 % Satisfied Customers; 97 % Successfull; Repaires 48 BHRS" Unfortunately, we did not have this experience. Hopefully, they will update their website now with new statistics. We travelled 20km away to Chatsworth to find that this was not a shop but rather a garage in a house. The 2 people were friendly at first and reassured us. We explained that we were travelling in 1 week and therefore needed the machines back fairly quickly. They said it would take 2 days. They were unable to fix them so sent them to Umkomass without asking our permission. This prolonged the process. In the end they were unable to fix both machines and we had to travel to Umkomass (60km away each way) at our expense to get the machines ourselves (when we never agreed for them to go there. We brought them to Chatsworth). We paid ZAR 400 and are very disappointed. We also do not know what is wrong with either machine as this was not communicated with us. If you want to get your appliance fixed, go to Hirsch's because they have trained technicians, access to spare parts and will tell you what's wrong and most importantly fix your appliances! Do not bring your business to ARK.
