Great service - A talented technicians

I contacted Appliance Repairs Johannesburg to get a second opinion on my faulty washing machine which was deems unfixable by another company. Thomas was assigned to my query after I sent a message to their WhatsApp group regarding my broken washing machine.

From the start of the conversation he was polite and made me feel confident that he would be able to solve the problem with my washing machine.

I told Thomas that it was not likely that he would be able to fix the machine, as another company had been to look at it and said that it was the PC board. The PC boards are no longer being made as my machine is no longer in production and therefor not fixable. This did not deter Thomas and he confidently said that he would be able to fix my machine.

He came though to look at my machine, found that it was NOT in fact a faulty PC board . He took my machine away with him, replaced the pump and recalibrated the pins that push down on the PC buttons and returned the machine to me the next day.

Now it runs quieter and smoother than it has in years.
