On 13 August 2026 I phoned to report a fridge that needed repair
On 13 August 2026 I phoned to report a fridge that needed repair. Robert sent the technician, Grant, on the same day. Their quote, as well as invoice, says work is guaranteed for 6 months. On 18 August 2026 I phoned Robert to say the fridge is not working. He said Grant would come the following day to check it out. Grant did not arrive. I then phoned and sent numerous whatsapps but received no reply. On 24 August 2026 I received a WhatsApp from Robert to say Grant would come same day. He did not arrive. On 26 August 2026 I received a WhatsApp from Robert to say Grant was very busy. Since then I have not heard from this company. They do not answer my calls and don't respond to my whatsapps. It is today 1 September 2026, and I am out of pocket R2096 and have a fridge that is not working. Do NOT have any dealings with Appliance Repair Clinic of Black River Park Observatory.
