Appliance repair centre

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Appliance Repair Centre Pretoria North ( Braam Louw) I paid them to repair my washing machine. I had to collect the machine myself. The washing machine is still not working, and since then the supplier has stopped responding to calls, messages, and follow-ups despite several attempts to resolve the matter amicably. To date 1 February 2026 the repair was not completed; No refund has been offered; and All communication from my side has been ignored. I am now left with a faulty washing machine and out of pocket, with no accountability from the supplier. I am requesting: Either a proper repair at no additional cost, or A full refund of the amount paid. I hope this platform will prompt the supplier to respond and resolve the matter urgently.
