I want my refund

Worst experience with this company I bought a new washing machine from them i paid R3000+ for this machine. It broke after just 4 months. I have been having endless problems with it i took it back for repair paid for it and its still broken when I call them they laugh at me and puts the fone down in my ear and no on is taking ownership. Its been endless problems I now just want my refund so I can buys myself a proper washing machine
