Appliance Lady rips off customers

The freezer section of my AEG fridge was not working anymore. The repair company called Appliance lady took it for repair on the 13th March 2015. It got returned on the 18th March 2015. I had to pay R1900 cash for a new compressor. After a few hours it was clear that the freezer section of my fridge only blew cold air and did not freeze. Further 2 hours later the fridge stopped working! There was a burnt smell and the electricity went of. I had to unplug the fridge!<br> APPLIANCE LADY came the next day to pick up my fridge. Since the 18th of March my fridge is with APPLIANCE LADY and they are not able to tell me when my fridge will be returned. <br> Claudia the owner of APPLIANCE LADY never returns a call. <br> <br> I am wanting to make all consumers aware that this lady intends to ******* consumers. I have meanwhile found numerous complaints on the Internet of consumers that claimed no return of their appliances and of charged workmanship that has never been processed! East Coast Radio has reported about the lacking poor service of APPLIANCE LADY as well. <br> I will go to the police as I want my fridge back!!!!
