I bought i brand new Bosch gas hob at Makro,of which they offer installation R950 and for the coc certificate.They install on the 29th left promise to send later the day the certificate of which never happen after i call a day after.On Monday 5th my electrician came to connect the plug for ignition of flame as he lift the gob out of the space its place into the build in cupboard the fitting fell off.I called the number provided of which states its Damian the "installer" of which was a diffrent person(xhosa) Guy.I told Damian about what happen he told me your elwctrician broke it he should stay to his job as electrician which is so rude.Secondly you will get your coc certificate email to *** also told me he is going to charge me callout fee and will fix or replace the part that is faulty.I told him he is crazy after i spend R950+R1130 for this installation.He did not applogise once for the inconvience or sympethise.Damian Moodly you should work on your customer service big time!
