Unfortunately I only read the other reviews after dealing with Appliance Guru. But be warned that Jannie, cell number ***, is dishonest. I found his details from a Google search. His website address is [URL Removed] I called him out to have a look at our Defy washing machine, which was leaking. He told me that the leak was originating from the pump and that he would have to replace the pump.<br> <br> He came 3 days later to replace the pump. He asked for payment on completion. The next week, we found that the washing machine was still leaking. He only answered his phone when I phoned him from someone else's cellphone, as he was screening my calls. He promised to come the next day to take a look at the machine again. Needless to say, he didn't arrive and didn't answer any of my calls.<br> <br> I finally had someone else come in, who indicated that the problem was something else entirely and that the pump wasn't even replaced. Jannie had only app**** silicone to a few places to try stop the leak for a while and made off with R1200.
