SHOCKING. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Good morning On Saturday, one of your technicians came to replace my DEFY dishwasher front outer door cover. I had already purchased the part and all he had to do was take the existing one out and replace with the new one. The entire operation took approximately 30mins. I was charged R850.00 which I paid for in cash. That was a callout of R500.00. took only ½ an hour and I supp**** my own parts. Kindly explain why I was charges so much. Kindly forward me a copy of your invoice.
