Shocking after service support

<p>I contacted Appliance Guru online about my washing machine repair and they put me in touch with Mind from Electro Services. The cost of the repair was rather expense and still my machine doesn't work 100% but any attempt to get Mind to return to complete the job has been unsuccessful, even after following up with Appliance Guru directly.</p> <p>Both companies seem to be very poor at after sales service and I will not be using them in future. </p>
