Please stay away from Appliance Guru

Please be aware of Appliance Guru. Their technicians are not professional at all and very rude. They don't have any customer service skills. I just ask him a normal question then he answer me on a very rude way. His attitude stink. I have notice that he don't have any respect for customers. Before they start with the job they don't even communicate to say that is how much the job will cost per hour and what the call out fee will be. After the job has been done then he start to negotiate a price and that is very unprofessional. He don't even give me a receipt for the money that I gave him. When I ask him for it he say his company don't work on these washing machines that I have so he cannot give me a receipt, very suspicious. Maybe his company don't even know they came out to my house ? Please stay away from Appliance Guru.
