I concur with the previous review done by Anette in May 2024, I couldnt have put it any better as my experience is exactly the same with the operation:” Operates also under MV appliance repairs. Business is a ****. Sells you spare parts, doesn't fix the job, and refuses to refund or come back to complete the job. Dealt with Mind Tshabungu. Cut my losses and moved on”. I am now in the same predicament where I have to forfeit R4k for my fridge repairs which still doesn’t work and get someone else to to take a look at additional costs. These guys are the worst type of suppliers, they take your money upfront and then bully the customer around, whilst doing nothing ultimately. Customer is at their mercy. Dont ever use them!
