incompetence and bad service from Appliance Guru with reference to MR Mind....

*********** bunch of people, chasing money, and cant fix an appliance. been struggling for 3 weeks to get Mr Mind back at my place to fix my oven. After the first repair the oven had exactly the same problem than before the repair........R2500-00 paid for nothing. I contacted him within 10 minutes after the repair to inform him that the same problem still persists. just to receive a whatsapp telling me to pay another R1600-00 so he can come back and fix his mistake. till now no actions from his side. he did manage to not pitch for 3 appointments made with him to fix the problem........ Eventually i gave up and fixed it myself.....
