Do not use!

This company makes user of contractors who quite frankly are ****mers. They work to charge you for everything and deliver nothing. In Dec I had an emergency, they came out charged me a call out fee- which I paid- quoted for parts which I was expected to pay upfront for the repair - only never to see the parts or the repair. They constantly telling the refund will be done and then nothing happens . Avoid this company at all costs they give SME companies a bad name- it’s companies like this that make public sceptical and not want to support small vendors.
