DISGUSTING SERVICE

I booked a service for my w/ machine, it also needs a replacement of the rubber seal. The first appointment the subcontractor did not pitch. After discussing a second appointment he did not pitch yet again. I told him I will find someone else to do the job so he sent someone in his place. This person stripped my machine then he said he would be back the next day with the spares he needed.The next day he was late, so I phoned him, which took a few times before he answered. He then promised to order the spare part and be at my house yesterday to fix it (4 days later). He again did not answer my calls all day (either of the two guys that I have now had to deal with), and in the mean time my washing has been piling up. Out of frustration I phoned Appliance Guru who organised a different subcontractor. He came to my house last night and advised that there is a vital part now missing (which was there before the machine was stripped!!!) This guy (THIRD subcontractor that I now have to deal with) has promised to come tonight to sort it all out, but he hasn't gotten back to me with a price as agreed. SO FRUSTRATED THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE - YOU CANT EVEN CALL IT SERVICE
