Arrogant!

I Contacted them for repairs to both my bar fridge as well as a chest freezer. The technician arrived an hour late, the rudest person ever, more worried about the WhatsApp’s on his phone than to fix my appliances. He left unable to fix anything, complete lack of knowledge…. will never use them again!
