This company is clearly running a ****. B***y came and gave me a quote to repair my fridge/freezer and stove on 13/1/2025. I stupidly paid the R500, however after numerous phone calls to follow, not to mention promises to keep me updated, nobody has ever been back. Interesting that on their website this is quoted: When the R500.00 Fee Applies - "We only charge a R500.00 call-out and inspection fee if, for any reason, we can’t complete the repair (for example, if parts are unavailable or if you decide not to proceed). We’re committed to clear, fair pricing so you can feel confident choosing our services!" It isn't that you can't complete the repair, you simply haven't tried.....
