Appliance Guru Fail

We contracted this company to repair a washing machine. After the technician completed the service he didn’t test the appliance, was paid and left. When being used for the first time a day later there was water all over the floor. We have on many occasions requested that the problem be resolved. After being promised a call, in every case the technician didn’t arrive. It’s been over a month now and we are losing patience. Terribly shoddy service. Either fix the problem or refund the service fee and we will go elsewhere
