Fundi such a big organization overlooking consumer rights

Today I went to fundi branch to shop for laptop before I purchased i enquired on their return policy ( how many days do I have to return the product ) if it happens that what is delivered to me is of poor quality compare to what I saw in their catalog. To my suprise. Iwas told once you receive the garget you cannot return it. What kind of **** is this. I mean one has shop online / catalogue and when the delivery comes your forced to receive the parcel simple cause you would have open to verify that what you ordered is exactly what has been deliverd. I mean even 2 days return policy is fair enough . Is fundi overlooking SA consumer act ? Right to make returns? This is honestly shocking extremely
