Appliance Fundi can't repair washing machine

We found Appliance Fundi's advert in the North coast courier as our washing machine needed repair, Mon 7th Dec. Clinton came and allegedly fixed it at a cost of R1480 , my wife went to use it and it was completely dead. When contacted they returned on two other unacceptable times and stayed over 1 hour, trying to fix- obviously unable to repair. Eventually removing the main board supposedly to come back Friday morning, waited all day & contacted them at 3.30 and was promised 5.00 pm and then finally 8.00 pm, no show.... We have now had to purchase a new machine and dispose of the old one. Contacted them on several occasions for a refund but totally ignored. So just a warning to others of how Appliance Fundi operate !!
