Dishwasher Worse Than Before They Came

December 24th, 2022, our dishwasher broke, the next day we were due to have about 20 guests over for lunch. In a panic, I turned to Google and found Appliance Fix Onsite www.appliancefixonsite.co.za. After contacting them and being pleasantly surprised that they could come through at such short notice they confirmed that they would be there around 3ish. 3 people rocked up, apparently, none of them work for the company and where subcontractors (which I did not agree to). They spend about 3 hours working on the dishwasher, eventually told me they needed a part and would be back, they left and came back in an hour with the part and spent another hour working on it. Eventually, they said it was done but they needed COD as it is Christmas Eve. Against my better judgment, I paid them via eWallet and they left. 10min into the first cycle and the dishwasher started leaking worse than before. Since then, I have contacted them multiple times, each time giving me a new date to come back and each time not pitching up.
